Shipping and Delivery

 

​​All orders are sent from Nimbin NSW, Australia via Australia Post.  

 

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of your order being placed.  Orders are sent to the address provided at checkout and we will notify you when your parcel has been dispatched.  Shipping delivery time frames are from the date your item is dispatched (not the date you placed the order).


 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

 

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $60 within Australia!  Orders that qualify for free shipping are sent via Standard Parcel Post with tracking included. 

For orders under $60 we offer FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

 

  • $6.95 for Standard Parcel Post  (approx 3-7 business days for delivery) 

  • $9.95 for Express Post  (approx 1-4 business days for delivery)

 

Both options have tracking included.  Express Post usually takes 1-4 days for delivery depending on your location. As we are located in rural NSW we are not in the guaranteed overnight express zone but Express Post is still a faster option than standard Parcel Post.  Deliveries to NSW or capital cities usually take 1-2 days and more remote locations may take 3-5 days. 

Please note Australia Post is currently experiencing delivery delays due to Covid-19 with flight restrictions, health & safety measures and an increase in parcel volume.  Delays of 2-3 days can occur and are beyond our control.  Your patience for your order to arrive is appreciated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Currently we only ship internationally to New Zealand and the USA.  All orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Air (with tracking).  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and order weight.  

 

Most international orders take approximately 10-20 business days for delivery from the date your order is dispatched. 

We will notify you when your order has been shipped.

There is currently flight disruptions due to Covid-19.  Delays of 1-2 weeks are possible and are out of our control.  Please bear this is mind before ordering and be willing to wait this long for your parcel to arrive. We cannot refund your order due to shipment delays that are beyond our control.

Please note that any import duties, taxes or charges are the buyers responsibility and these costs are NOT included in our prices.  

 

 

Refunds and Return Policy

 

In accordance with consumer law, we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, so please check your order carefully before checking out.  All product ingredients are listed on each product page so you can make an informed choice.  

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchase and we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition.  Should there by any issue with your order please email us at info@dreadlocksnaturally.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can promptly resolve any issues.  

In the event that your order is returned to us as a result of being undeliverable due to an incorrect address that you supplied, you (the customer) are liable to pay any additional postage costs associated with redirecting or redelivering the parcel.  Please enter your address details carefully at checkout and be sure to check the delivery details on your order confirmation.  In the event that you made an error with your address please notify us as soon as possible so that it can be corrected prior to being shipped.  Once your order has been shipped we cannot guarantee that we are able to redirect your parcel and redirection fees may apply.  This will also cause delays in delivery.

Should your parcel be taking longer than expected to arrive please check the tracking link to see how your delivery is progressing.  Should your parcel appear 'stuck' at a specific location for longer than expected please contact us so that we can investigate.  For international orders it is quite common for parcels to sometimes be stuck at customs for a few days.  In order for a parcel to be deemed lost in transit we need to submit a claim with Australia Post.  No refunds for lost packages can be granted until this process is complete.
